The Queensland Department of Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation (DETSI), in collaboration with CSIRO, have developed a new Threatened Species Prioritisation Framework. The purpose of the Framework is to guide actions and investment to support the recovery of Queensland’s threatened plants and animals.

The Framework includes:

  1. This Threatened Species Decision Support Tool (TSDT)
  2. A comprehensive database that underpins the TSDT
  3. A structured approach for how to use the TSDT

The Threatened Species Decision Tool is designed to be a user-friendly, flexible interface to access information to support priority setting for threatened species recovery.
