Privacy statement

Personal information provided by way of responses to this online survey, including screen name, email address and demographic data, is collected by the Department of Environment and Science (the department) for the purpose of managing and evaluating the Queensland Indigenous Youth Leadership Program.

The Office for Youth will use this information to measure the program’s impact and effectiveness and inform improvements to the program. PwC Indigenous Consulting (PIC) has been appointed by the department to evaluate the survey responses. Data will be securely transferred to them, and they will not use your information for any other purposes than the survey analysis. The engagement platform is hosted by EngagementHQ, a third-party cloud based service platform owned and operated by Granicus.  EngagementHQ/Granicus will provide the survey responses to the department as demographic data.  Granicus will not use your information for any other purposes than the survey.

The Office for Youth falls within the portfolio responsibilities of the Minister for Science and Youth Affairs.  Consequently, your survey responses may be disclosed to the Minister in accordance with the responsibilities of that position. The department will not otherwise use or disclose any of the information you provide without your consent unless authorised or required by law to do so.
